We roast coffee out of our small shop in Denver's historic Alamo Placita neighborhood. A lot of people tell us we make the best coffee they've ever tasted, and who would be to argue with that? We've been making coffee for the patrons of our shop for over a dozen years. We are also artists, students, musicians, teachers, parents, lovers. We are family.

We begin by purchasing premium green coffee from farms that practice traditional old world cultivation methods - growing coffee in naturally shaded areas where no pesticides and fertilizers are used. We have found that the best and most complex coffees, the ones we most enjoy and use in our blends, come from small farms that grow coffee in this manner.
